I know I did this before and that probably involves some kind of MIDI send or similar, but how do you use gatelab/filterstep in Mixcraft?
Again, I did it once and I should have written it down. I tried multiple ways, but all I get is silence (but when I delete Gatelab the sound returns).
I am really frustrated about my inability to make it work.
So far I added it in a track as an additional plugin to a synt. No dice. Then I added it in the track effect. Again no dice.
I tried mapping the midi output to another track. I couldn’t.
That I made it work before makes this even more frustrating. It’s totally my fault, but I could use some help. Thank you.

We haven’t checked Gatelab as a midi sequencer within Mixcraft, yet. As an audio effect it should work simply by adding it to an audio track. If you want to use it as a MIDI sequencer then you should enable the MIDI ouptuts in Gatelab then select Gatelab as a MIDI input source in the modules that you are trying to feed with MIDI.
