Just switched to Reaper from FL Studio. Tried Riffer and it drifts terribly, skips notes. Not sure what is happening. Went back to FL Studio and it works fine. Everything is up to date. Just figured it happens on looping. If I just let it run on the timeline it stays in sync.

Could you please check whether you experience the same issue when switching between project sample rates of 44.1 kHz and 48 kHz?
Reaper handles playback buffering a bit differently than FL Studio. You might want to try disabling ‘Anticipative FX processing’ for that specific track to see if it fixes the jitter, as that often causes sync issues with MIDI generators during loop resets.
