Playbeat 4.1.0 VST - Does not save Midi Import settings

Hi @Audiomodern ,

I just downloaded Playbeat 4.1.0 and tested the Midi Import Settings to see if they are saved after re-opening in the VST Format. I checked in my DAW Cubase, and Playbeat 4 does not save the Midi Import settings. You can lock the Midi Out, but not the Midi In?

I requested this some time ago, and was waiting if this would be fixed. The Standalone version of Playbeat 4 saves the Midi Import settings.

Is there no way of locking the Midi Import settings, because it means re-setting those settings every time a fresh instance of Playbeat 4 is inserted! Not a good workflow! :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

I just tried your suggestion and it did not work! :slightly_frowning_face:

You need to be able to lock the Midi import settings anyway, in case Playbeat 4 decides to revert back to it’s default setting starting from C0.

The Midi Output lock works fine, saves a lot of time when browsing through your own user settings.
I can’t see why the Midi Input doesn’t have this feature!
