Hi, just purchased Loopmix, i tried the demo, that let me use presets, but the full version is empty
In the presets and packs menu, ‘packs’ is whiter text compared to grey of others, but it is unclickable.
I am on windows 10 and using Cakewalk as DAW
Any help appreciated

The full version should come with a separate ~1.5 file which is the factory library and should be imported as an expansion.
Can you please confirm that you have the factory library?

I have the file you mentioned and is now successfully installed, I had missed this part in the manual due to a combination of excitement and a lifelong commitment to never RTFM
