Loopmix won’t download factory sounds

I was able to download and Import the free packs but it won’t work to download factory presets, bummer., is there a way to fix this ???

Hi, the factory library should be available on your account as a separate download. Did you purchase the app from us or from one of our resellers?

Same problem, purchased from Plugin Boutique. Factory presets were there in the Demo. NO separate file in purchased download.
