Factory Samples not to be found

I’m on a MBPro running MacOS 27.0.1. Just purchased Playbeat 4 and moved my library to an external disc via the prefs panel Library Path thingy. But when I selected a preset I got the above message. The Factory Samples folder was empty. I have reinstalled Playbeat 4 a number of times but the samples don’t appear to be downloading to my chosen library folder neither can I find them elsewhere on the computer. Is there a way to download these samples separately so I can manually install them?

Sorry to hear about that, I’ve already sent you PM with a link to the factory library.

Is this external drive portable? is this happening after you disconnect t and reconnect it to your computer?

No it just happened after I activated the trial version and moved the library to the external disc. Before that they were on the main hard drive but afterwards they just disappeared and despite reinstalling they didn’t download to my computer. But thanks to your PM I have now solved it and intend to keep a backup copy. Thanks.
