Riffer not opening logic pro x

Hi, i downloaded and installed riffer today and plan on using it in Logic Pro X (10.5.1) however it isn’t coming up on the plugin drop down menu even though its selected and visible in the plug in manager. I have tried reinstalling it numerous times and still have no luck, has anybody got any other ideas

Have you tried to check under the MIDI FX slot in Logic as shown in the manual?

yes, that is where it is being used midi fx . The “internal” keyboard in logic will not trigger the device to play midi.
