Playbeat 4 - Overwrite a saved Preset

When overwriting a saved Preset with remix keys then close device completely
and open up again and go to that saved Preset I find PB4 has kept the previous saved state and not the last saved state until I go to the Preset Menu at the top and click on another Preset then back to the Preset I wanted and then the last saved state comes back.. So at the moment each saved Preset has 2 saved states, pre-last and last

Thanks

Thanks for reporting this, it’s quite unusual. Does this also occur in standalone mode? Also, which DAW/host are you using?

Just tested in Standalone and it doesn’t occur with that.
Using Reason 12.7.3 on WIN10(22H2). I tried again in Reason and then PB4 inside Reason’s Combinator device and all good now.. It was doing it so I’ll try the actual project I was working on later today.
Thanks

I have pinned it down to to when I save a project (Reason Song File) with Playbeat.

So when I load the project, Playbeat, is in pre-last saved state then I click to another preset and back to the preset I want and I see one remix key disappear in real time leaving the rest intact as it was in the LAST saved state.
It may be something to do with each VST in Reason being inserted inside a shell device which also has its own Load and Save option for which I occasionally use but not for this project.

I know this occurs with UJAM’s Beatmaker so I do save the device and the shell device it is contained in. I haven’t tried this yet with Playbeat but this is a Reason Studios issue I believe along audio glitch when I use Random, quite heavy tbh so I’ll try to increase buffer size and see if that helps
Thanks
