Playbeat 4 - generating random patterns of density and pan (within constraints)

I’m not able to get PB 4.0.7 (or earlier) to self-generate pan and density, or to control the settings for randomization. I set the Pan or Density tab for the tracks I want, to however many steps I want to randomize. With Density, only 1 step randomizes each time I click the Randomizer button in the tab, and then it never changes no matter how many cycles I have the infinity button set to for that track. With Pan, I can’t even find a way to set the number of steps I want to randomize (or the amount I want them to be randomized). And again, once I click the randomize button in the tab, the pan randomization never changes again no matter how many cycles I have the infinity button set to for that track. Can someone lead me through this, please? Is it possible in PB4?

The individual tab values can be randomized using the small dice button available on each tab. The range of randomization is determined by the complexity slider, which serves a secondary function in this case. Additionally, you can set custom amounts using the button on the right side of the screenshot which is available on every tab and in the Pitch tab it also provides min and max values that you can choose from.

In this version, the infinity control will randomize/remix the pattern itself rather than these values. Would you prefer these values to have their own separate infinity control?

Ah, yes, the Complexity slider, how could I forget hahaha. Please, yes, bring back the sliders with their individual and precise control! And yes, the individual values need their own infinity controls back as well. That was a tremendously useful and creative feature. Thank you for patience and listening!
