Playbeat 4 - 4.0.5 - Swapping Track Changes Fixed Midi Note

Hi @Audiomodern

When I swap a track, the Fixed Midi Note Output changes. This defeats having Fixed Midi Notes On, when swapping a track changes it. I don’t want Midi Note changes happening when I hook up Playbeat 4 to trigger another Drum Machine, as this messes up the Note layout. I use the GM Drum Map layout starting from C1.

The 1st picture is how I want the Fixed Notes to be.

The 2nd Picture C#1 has been replaced by A#1, after swapping the track.

Can a feature be added to stop Fixed Midi Notes moving about when they are locked.

Hi everyone, I noticed the same issue and not only by swapping also by copying. Can you plz fix this bug? I really enjoy this plugin but with this bug I can’t use it for my setup.

I agree, having an option to keep those MIDI notes truly locked during track swaps would be a great improvement for workflow consistency with external gear.
