Is it possible to transfer presets between the iOS and Windows versions of Playbeat 3?
Can I create a beat on the iPad then move it to the Windows version for further editing?

Yes, you can. You will need to save the presets as a new pack and export it.
Then, transfer it to the other device and import it to Playbeat.
Packs can be transferred across any device (PC, Mac or iPad).
