Soundbox will not load Lumen. I got the license key to unlock soundbox but it will not accept

Lumen is a third party instrument and should be able to be imported in the Free Player version of Soundbox. If you have any issues you may reach out to our support and we’ll help you out.

I have the same issue. I previously imported Lumen but couldn’t get any sounds out of it. I reinstalled Soundbox, and then ensured that the three Kompose Audio Soundbox packs were in an identifiable location. When I try to import any of the three, I get a failed to import notice from Soundbox. I’ve submitted a support request.
You can only unlock Soundbox with plugins that are purchase from Audiomodern. Lumen is from another vendor (Kosmose) and it works fine in either the free version or the registered version, but it will not cause Soundbox to be registered if you do not already have it unlocked with an Audiomodern instrument.
