Blank plugin window for loopmix

when I insert loop mix. vst3 or au on instrument track. the plugin window is blank.
The standalone app does not work either.

DAW - studio one - 6 - pro
Mac 10.14 Mojave

I have all your plugins and they all work on this system, so this is a strange one.
