Riffer iOS - reset playhead to start / keep it looping

I have a specific use case for Riffer iOS in AUM. I switch 2 instances of Riffer on and off, whereby one takes over the sequencing of the other instance. If I switch back though…the playhead of the first instance is still where I turned the instance off. This messes up the pattern.

I see other sequencers doing this (LoopBud): they keep looping in the background when switched off. So when I switch between instances my patterns stay in tact.

Another option would be to have a button/functionality to return the playhead to the start of the pattern (by midi). I could not find this in Riffer. Is there such an option?

Thanks for reaching out. Riffer is designed to always be in Sync with your DAW/Host.
Are you able to mute the Riffer track (or the module that you are ‘feeding’ with MIDI from Riffer) instead of switching off the app?
