Best work flow to add effects to individual tracks

Hey I am 3 days into playbeat 4 with Logic Pro X and I am wondering if anyone here has tips for the best workflow to add audio effects to individual tracks without rendering the tracks as samples ?

doesnt logic have some tab like fl has where you can assign numbers to the outputs of plugins? something like this
