I assume that you mean the Quick-load slots to be saved along with the preset so each preset that is loaded to have its individual set of quick-load slots loaded as well.

While that is definitely possible to add, why not simply save each remix as a new preset? Assuming that you will be able to trigger the patterns via MIDI, you can use the the preset manager which already provides way more flexibility in preset & sample management.
