Stand alone Soundbox MIDI problem

On my Windows 11 system, the stand alone version of Soundbox does not respond to keyboard midi over USB. Neither of my keyboards has any effect on playing sounds, although the on screen keyboard plays just fine. Both of my keyboards (Roli Seaboard Rise 2 and Impakt GXP88 work fine with Soundbox when it is used inside Sonar from Bandlab. Both keyboards are detected and selected in settings in the stand alone version.

That’s unusual. Have you made sure to select the correct MIDI controller under the Settings tab > MIDI Inputs?

Yes, I made sure they were selected properly.

We’ll investigate and see what might be going on. Since nothing similar has been reported, it might be related to a MIDI I/O issue.

I just installed version 1.0.5, and the lack of midi input in the stand alone version persists. Attached are my settings. As you can see, both keyboards are enabled.

I just installed version 1.0.7, and still get no output from my midi keyboards in the stand-alone version. Both keyboards (Impakt GXP88 and Roli Seaboard M) work fine with Soundbox if I load it in the stand-alone version of Unify, or in Sonar. The on-screen keyboard works fine in the stand-alone version.

Have you tried to set the Midi Input Channel to ‘OMNI’?

That fixed it! Thanks.
