Playbeat 4 crashes FL studio

FL studio crashes when trying to load a saved .fst plugin instance after any change with AI. And projects saved after AI is activated are crashing FL too.

Crash log:

FL Studio (24.2.2.4259) [Apple Silicon] r37347 has encountered an error and needs to restart.

I double-checked and this is the only crash log I get every time. And FL only crashes with PB4 after activating the AI button once (this action changes something) and after that it doesn’t matter if it’s activated or not - it just crashes. FL doesn’t crash after opening PB4 in Plogue Bidule and saving the project.

After saving and reopening PB4 instance with the locked MIDI output the lock button deactivates and all notes are reset to C3.

Just to clarify, is this crash occurring only with FL Studio, or does it happen in standalone mode as well, and with any other DAWs, if applicable?

This crash occuring with VST3 after activating AI button, saving .fst file or FL studio project (which contains .fst files) and opening .fst files or project (which opens .fst files as plugin instances). It is not applicable to a standalone version and I don’t use other DAWs.
It happens with the latest version too.

Thanks, we’re looking into this now.

Hi,
I am encountering this Error message when reopening project files in FLStudio 24 (latest version) the project sometimes loads after clicking OK, but PB4 will then not open within the project.

Sorry to hear that. We suspect this issue is related to the DAW version and are actively investigating. We’ll provide an update later today. Thank you for your patience.
