Hi, is it opening fine in standalone mode? Do you have any crash log that you can share wit us?

No Standalone crashed too… where would I look for crash logs? What specify name I should look for crash log… it did crash Cubase and Unify… both of which did work before upgrade…

Crash logs for Cubase 13 are stored in different locations depending on your operating system:​

For Windows:
Crash dump files are typically located in the Documents/Steinberg/CrashDumps directory. ​

For macOS:
Crash reports can be found using the macOS Console utility:​

  • Open the Console application.​
  • In the left sidebar, navigate to User Reports (or Crash Reports in macOS 10.15 and later).​
  • Look for files named with the pattern Cubase 13 .ips.​

Best I can tell it would be one or both of these… I crash Cubase on exit due to 32bit plugs in JBridge 64bit conversion occasionally… and crashed it a few times after Soundbox issue. Pretty sure not related, fyi…

These 2 I think correspond to the date of Soundbox crash…
