I’ve imported some packs, but this even happens with the stocks packs. The samples are there in the menu, but for many of the presets, they’ll just load blank. I’ve upgraded to 1.0.7 but still the same issue. The sample destination folder is pointed correctly. Anyone have this issue?

Hi, have you manually changed the default library location to a custom folder?
Are you able to delete the packs and re-import them?
I have the same problem, half of my presets(some bought from Kompose) are not loading, at this point even if I would like to buy presets for Soundbox, I am hesitant- at least until the issue is fixed. I deleted and reinstalled it with the latest version. Nothing wrong with my Mac(M4), installation path, etc. If anyone had same issue and fixed it, please help.

Hi there, both standalone and VST3?AU- most do not load(Purchased from Kompose, but even Soundbox presets, 80% fail to load, it looks like they do, but no sound). I hope it is my screw up and there is a way to fix it. Thank you:)
We’re unable to reproduce this issue on our end. Could you let us know what device and OS version you’re using? Also, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Soundbox and the instruments?
Hello again, I do have a minimac M4 pro, 64 GB memory, Sequoia 15.6.1. I updated the Soundbox to the latest version on your website. I tried to reinstalled the banks(presets) but it said that they are already installed.
Edited now. I deleted the libraries, reinstalled them and it works, I have sound on all presets. Yes! Thank you, now I can take advantage of your sale with no second thoughts or worries. The Soundbox sound quality is impressive.
