the vsr3 scan does work neither in the plugin version in cubase pro 15 nor as the standalone riffee 4 application. the scanner points to the correct folder. when I press the scan button the scan ends immediately and the window for the plugins, stays empty

I am on windows 11 26H2

Same here. Win 11., Studio One. Scan no worky.

Maybe some issue with MIDI as well, but early days and trying to rule 0ut operator error.

Hello @Lowlander & @cincyjack

Thanks for the information.

So far, we’ve received one similar report. That user later told us that after clearing both the plugin list and the failed plugins list in the manager, the plugins were able to scan successfully.

We’ll investigate further to see what might be causing this issue.

Thanks for your patience.

Same here. The scan ends immediately with no results. Cleared everything out with no luck. I have not installed the standalone. Tried in Cubase 15 pro and Bitwig with the same result. Windows 11.

Hi @buttonbrad , @Lowlander & @cincyjack

We have found the issue affecting certain setups. An update will be available shortly. It will require the Standalone version to be installed as well though, as Riffer launches it in the background as its scanner.
