We found an old Casio tone at a flea market in Poland. It worked perfectly despite its age, so we brought it with us to Patagonia. While playing the little Casio in the studio, I had an idea: What if I recorded it playing through its built-in speaker, capturing its full essence and using the best microphones, preamps, and compressors? And what if we also took advantage of the opportunity to enhance its tone by processing it through some of the studio’s pedals and effects? That’s how PTone was born, a library that blends the nostalgia and warmth of that 80´s sound with today’s sound design. PTone is 42 sounds handmade with love and dedication. Sampled from a lovely ancient casio keyboard, tweaked and twisted and processed with analog and digital devices. Whether you’re a producer of ambient, trap, pop, LoFi, neoclassical, experimental music…, or want to add a touch texture and originality to your next production in any genre, this is for you. I hope this library is a source of inspiration and that you enjoy these sounds as much as I do. Josue Arias // Kymátika sounds ---

We’ve just released Movimento Strings for Soundbox! This is a large-scale, deeply detailed chamber string library which has been especially created to bring movement and life to your cinematic string sounds, particularly for long sustained notes which can sometimes feel static and lifeless. It’s ideal for epic cinematic chords, fragile textures, ambient scoring, harmonic beds, expressive underscores, and more. There are two versions… **Standard** - where each of the four articulations are rendered into a ready-to-play mix that sounds great right out of the box. Simply load any of the patches and start writing! **Professional** - which adds advanced tools like multiple mic positions and an ‘EXTRA’ performance pass to expand the ensemble while keeping it natural and organic-sounding. We are really proud of this library, which is the first in a new flagship 4-part chamber string series, and would love to hear what you think of it! Find it with demos and videos here: [Movimento Strings - Soundbox Instrument – Sonora Cinematic](https://sonoracinematic.com/products/movimento-strings-soundbox-instrument) ---

**Bunker Samples releases first sample pack for Soundbox** Hey folks, Nicolaj from Bunker Samples here. For the past 7 years I’ve developed a variety sample libraries for Kontakt, but now I’m very happy to announce my first release for Soundbox: [Viola-Moto](https://bunkersamples.com/viola-moto/), a solo viola focused on short notes to add drive and propulsion to your music. The sampling was done with performance based sampling techniques, and features true up- and down-bow round robins for added realism - this makes the samples particularly suited for use with the excellent arpeggiator in Soundbox, and great for programming rhythmic, driving background parts. Full price is $39, but there’s an intro price of just $19 until May 15. I’m super excited about this new chapter for Bunker Samples, and plan on releasing more packs soon. And do please let me know if you have any questions about Viola-Moto! ---
