# SoundBox Keep crashing on logic

Hey all, I really love creating packs for SoundBox, but I’m finding that the plugins keep crashing a lot while trying to save or edit skipping presets. I wonder if there’s any kind of new update soon that will solve all those issues?

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear you’re experiencing this, it shouldn’t be happening.

We do have an update on the way, but in the meantime, could you please share a crash log with us? That will help us investigate the root of the issue.
