# Reset Playheads

Hi,
how to reset the position of the transport head(s) after playing with different step lengths, please? (If one want them all play in a vertical row again)

I’ve given this a ❤
For example In the Remixes section : Switching from a 16 or 32 step in all 8 seq lanes pattern (C3) to a pattern with various step length in all 8 seq lanes (C3#) and then back to C3 will result in step length moving at different start points and consequently a different pattern takes shape to what originates on that key until I press stop and play again

Thank you. I just don’t understand why the playhead doesn’t just reintegrate and reset itself to the original position when the steps are expanded. Or even better: there should be a reset button for its position.
This makes no sense in my world, I find it extremely annoying.

You’re right, we’ll add a control to reset the pattern on key changes when adjusted step lengths are present.
