# Hi. I am unable to drag wav file stems into ableton 11. Midi stems work fine. Is there a solution for this? Hi, Which is the app used and your OS version? Sounds like this has to do with security settings/permissions of your OS. Can you please check that? ---

When I drag it in Ableton it momentarily says it could not be read. it could be corrupt or not licenced. ---

We can’t really replicate this type of problem but interested on learning more, Do you have a screenshot of that warning? ---

The WAV file is empty, therefore the problem. Which preset are you using? Have you muted any channels? are you exporting a stem or a full mix? ---
